Abstract

 

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Working Capital Management and Capital Structure on Firm Performance, measured using Tobin’s Q and Return on Equity (ROE), in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021–2024. This research employs a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that working capital management and capital structure have a significant effect on firm performance as measured by Tobin’s Q in the transportation and logistics sector. Furthermore, capital structure has a significant effect on firm performance as measured by ROE, while working capital management has no significant effect on firm performance as measured by ROE in the transportation and logistics sector.
