Step 1 Initial Desk Review

Upon submission, the Editor-in-Chief or Managing Editor conducts an initial evaluation to ensure the manuscript aligns with the journal's focus and scope, strictly follows the formatting guidelines, and passes a preliminary similarity check (plagiarism screening). Manuscripts that fail this stage will be desk-rejected without being sent for peer review.

Step 2 Double-Blind Peer Review

Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two (2) independent, expert reviewers in the relevant field. The reviewers will critically evaluate the manuscript's originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, clarity of presentation, and relevance to contemporary business, management, or financial issues.

Step 3 Editorial Decision

Based on the comprehensive feedback and recommendations provided by the reviewers, the Editor-in-Chief will make a final decision. The possible decisions are:

• Accepted without Revision: The manuscript is ready for publication as is.
• Revisions Required (Minor/Major): Authors must address the reviewers' comments and revise their manuscript within a specified timeframe.
• Rejected: The manuscript does not meet the journal's standards or is fundamentally flawed.

Step 4 Revision and Final Acceptance

For manuscripts requiring revisions, authors must submit a revised version along with a point-by-step response to the reviewers' comments. The revised manuscript may undergo a second round of review if major revisions were requested. Once all concerns have been satisfactorily addressed, the manuscript will be officially accepted for publication, copyedited, and prepared for layout.
