Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of price, service quality, and facilities on customer satisfaction at Hayashi Japanese Restaurant in Bintan Center Tanjungpinang. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to restaurant customers and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that price, service quality, and facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Service quality was the most dominant variable in influencing customer satisfaction. These findings indicate that increasing customer satisfaction can be achieved through appropriate pricing, optimal service, and the provision of adequate facilities.
