PENGARUH MODAL MANUSIA (HUMAN CAPITAL) DAN MODAL SOSIAL (SOCIAL CAPITAL) TERHADAP AKSES KEUANGAN UMKM DI KABUPATEN BINTAN

Abstrak

This research aims to analyze the influence of human capital and social capital on MSME financial access in Bintan Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative with data obtained from questionnaires distributed online via google form. The sample in this study was obtained using the purposive sampling method with the category of sectors or types of trade and industry businesses with a sample of 84 MSME actors in Bintan Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human capital separately affects MSME financial access, then social capital separately affects MSME financial access. Simultaneously, human capital and social capital together affect MSME financial access. The results of the determination coefficient test show that the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable by 87.6%, while the remaining 12.4% is explained by other variables not explained in this research.
